Macro Monday

One of Ed’s favorite dishes at Thanksgiving is my turkey enchiladas.  And, I experimented a bit with my leftover cranberry-orange relish by adding some of my canned salsa to it.  Boy, was it yummy, and a perfect condiment for the turkey enchiladas.

After sandwiches and enchiladas I still have some turkey leftovers! I may make some turkey tetrazzini next. )

  3. I have never had a turkey enchilada..we make a hotdish with leftover turkey using freshly made stuffing and leftover gravy and then of course Turkey Biscuits and Gravy..never had Turkey Tettrazzini either. It is fun to see all your southern cooking:)
